Roof and Gutter De-Icing Cable

EaveSafe Gutter Protection Inc. is committed to providing high-quality services that stand the test of time. That is why we offer a comprehensive 3 year warranty on our roof and gutter de-icing cable installation service.
(1) WARRANTY:
EaveSafe Gutter Protection Inc. warrants all roof and gutter de-icing cable installations to be free of defect in material or workmanship for a period of 3 years from the invoice date. The accumulation of debris and/or other material inhibiting the proper functioning of the gutter system is not considered a defect. In order to fulfill any warranty claims EaveSafe Gutter Protection Inc. requires you provide your Invoice Number and Proof of Purchase.
(2) REMEDY:
EaveSafe Gutter Protection Inc. does not offer monetary reimbursement for warranty-related defects. If a defect occurs within the warranty period, EaveSafe Gutter Protection Inc. will provide complimentary roof and gutter de-icing cable servicing/repair as needed until the issue is resolved.
(3) TRANSFERABILITY:
This warranty is transferable one time to the next homeowner upon sale of the property. The new owner will receive coverage for the remainder of the warranty period.
(4) LIMITATIONS OF THE WARRANTY:
This warranty is in lieu of all other express and implied warranties. EaveSafe Gutter Protection Inc. shall not be held liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to, property damage caused by clogged gutters, water overflow, or exterior forces (natural or human).
