Soffit, Fascia and Seamless Gutter Installation

EaveSafe Gutter Protection Inc. is committed to providing high-quality services that stand the test of time. That is why we offer a limited lifetime warranty on our soffit, fascia and seamless gutter installation services.
(1) WARRANTY:
EaveSafe Gutter Protection Inc. warrants that all soffit, fascia and gutters installed by our team will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the original purchaser, as long as they own the home. This warranty ensures that your soffit, fascia and gutters will remain structurally sound and properly secured to your home under normal conditions. This warranty does not cover issues arising from: clogging or damage caused by clogging due to debris buildup; damage caused by extreme weather (extreme winds, ice and snow, natural disasters, etc.); accidental or intentional damage by the homeowner or third parties; or structural changes to the home that impact the gutters, soffit and/or fascia.
(2) REMEDY:
If a defect arises under normal use, EaveSafe Gutter Protection Inc. will repair or replace the defective section at no cost to the homeowner. To submit a claim, homeowners must provide proof of purchase (invoice number) and photos of the issue (if possible). EaveSafe Gutter Protection Inc. reserves the right to inspect the gutters, soffit and fascia before approving a claim.
(3) TRANSFERABILITY:
This warranty is transferable one time to the next homeowner upon sale of the property. The new owner will receive coverage for a period of 10 years from the original installation date.
(4) LIMITATIONS OF THE WARRANTY:
This warranty is in lieu of all other express and implied warranties. EaveSafe Gutter Protection Inc. shall not be held liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to, property damage caused by clogged gutters, water overflow, or exterior forces (natural or human).
